Yellow Hat Ltd. (hereinafter, “the Company”) has established the following Social Media Policy (hereinafter, “the Policy”) to realize better communications with customers. We ask that you first give your consent to the Policy content before using our official social media accounts (hereinafter, “the accounts”).
The Company, as a rule, will not reply to posts or comments that are sent to the accounts, except in certain limited cases.
The Company will not respond to inquiries, etc. in comments and messages that are posted by the user to the accounts.
The Company does not always follow users who follow the accounts. Moreover, even if a user is not following the accounts, the Company may follow the user in certain cases.
The accounts may be subject to closure or deletion without notice.
Not all information transmitted from the accounts expresses official announcements or viewpoints of the Company.
We cannot bear any responsibility or offer any guarantees concerning the accuracy, integrity or propriety of information transmitted from the accounts.
The accounts are operated using the systems of each media operating company; hence, we cannot respond to questions, etc. concerning each media’s systems, functions, methods of use or other technical issues.
The Company may change the policy without notice. Moreover, except in separately specified cases, the policy will become effective from the time that the changed policy is displayed on the Company’s site.
All copyrights, etc. pertaining to posted content shall belong to the user that posts the content in question. Moreover, with the posting of the content in question, it will be deemed that the user authorizes the Company the permanent right to use (including sublicense, treat, extract, copy, disclose, translate, etc.) the said content all over the world, for free, and in a non-exclusive manner, and consents to not exercising copyright, etc. in respect to the Company.
When using the accounts, to realize better communication, the following behaviors are prohibited. If any of the following behaviors occur, we may block a posting account or delete/correct the content of the user in question according to the necessity.
Disclosure or leaking of a third party’s personal information without that person’s consent
Abuse, slander, harming of reputation or credibility, or any other behavior that imparts damages to the Company and third parties
Falsification of information provided on the accounts
Behavior for profit-making purposes related to the accounts without obtaining the Company’s approval
Behavior that violates the rights of the Company, users and other third parties
Behavior that is contrary to public order or morality, or involves election campaigning, religious activities or any similar behavior
Behavior that hinders operation of the accounts
Other behavior that is classed as wrongful behavior by each media
Behavior that is deemed to be inappropriate by the Company
Intellectual property rights
Information that is placed on social media accounts is protected under each country’s copyright laws, conventions and other legislation. Use (including copying, modification, posting, sending, distribution, licensing, selling, publishing, etc.) of such information that goes beyond the scope of personal use, the scope that is expressly recognized by other laws, and the scope of social media functions is prohibited.
The Company shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for the following items on the accounts.
ユTroubles or damages that arise based on content posted by users
Troubles or damages that are incurred due to use or inability to use by users
Cases where troubles arise between users and third parties in relation to the accounts
