In order to create a safe workplace and support the success of our employees, we have introduced various support systems and established various consultation services to create a comfortable working environment. We aim to create a workplace environment where each employee can work with satisfaction and vigor.
Based on the results of a survey asking former employees why they chose to leave the company and the results of a "workplace that is easy to work in" questionnaire, we have formulated a solution plan and are implementing initiatives to increase the number of years of service for female employees (2 rinkan).
To improve the knowledge of employees involved in opening new stores, we have established a system to provide a lump-sum payment for acquisition of specified qualifications related to business operations, such as a "real estate notary" qualification and a "Japan Non-life Insurance Association solicitor" qualification as an automobile insurance agent.
We have a system in place to subsidize course fees and provide loans to employees who encounter difficulties in acquiring qualifications.
We have established an in-house qualification system for all employees, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels in customer satisfaction, product knowledge, and work techniques, to provide an environment that supports knowledge and skills according to the degree of acquisition.
In accordance with our corporate philosophy, "We will cultivate a compassionate heart and bring joy and inspiration to everyone involved," as well as our management philosophy and code of conduct, we have established regulations that all of our officers and employees must respect and abide by in order to raise the awareness of compliance among all employees.
We shall respect and uphold the spirit of laws, articles of incorporation, regulations, as well as act with common sense and responsibility as members of society. We shall respect the personalities and human rights of all people and shall not engage in sexual or power harassment. We shall also maintain a healthy work environment by not allowing any type of harassment to be left unnoticed.
